- Good day, May you please assist with the following notice: Please be informed that due to maintenance work recently completed on the West Bank Reservoir, the reservoir levels are currently lower than expected. In order to restore sufficient water levels and ensure a stable supply, we will be shutting off water supply to areas serviced by the West Bank Reservoir. The water supply will be shut off today and is expected to be restored by tomorrow morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our water services.
